Okay, I am donating two Baofeng UV-5Rs and am going to program some Desert racing channels, Nascar, Indy, etc....
What good Ham channels should I program?

I would get with Paul at your April meeting and talk to him about the local repeater sites that are used when out on the trails and possibly anything near the Barstow/ Calico area when we are in IHWR.

we use 146.535 as our main communication. It is a simplex, not on Gordon's list.

look at Gordo's list. Since this is Simplex, it is just like on his list, except it is 146.535. One reason we use it, because it is not used by many others (not on Gordo's list)
