KOA ISSUE

Due to some unforeseen circumstance, Scouts West has all the reservations under one name, instead of holding them for members asking for a spot. Hopefully, tomorrow, after I drive up and talk to the manager, this issue will be resolved. Sorry for the delay. There are most spots available

I reserved a spot all the way to the right side a month ago, because no tent sites were available. And I told her I was with ScoutsWest. More SNAFU....

KOA issue has been addressed. Tell them you are with IHWR, Scouts West. They accidentally put all spaces under my name.

I went by there today and everything is still in your name, and since Amanda wasn't there I couldn't reserve a spot........what a cluster fk.

CONTACT: AMANDA ONLY. Leave info with other employees so AMANDA may deal with it.
AMANDA'S SCHEDULE FOR NEXT FEW DAYS: She will work tonight until 8pm. 2/2 she is off. 2/3 she works morning; 2/4 and 2/5 OFF; 2/6 mornings
SPOTS: Most are open. I will post map on Tuesday, 2/6 with taken spots. One spot on wheel taken. CABINS FULL:
VENDOR SPOTS: 66 is Dooley, 62 is FOOD
RV spots open.

Many spots are open. AMANDA works tomorrow morning, 3/22, she will be gone until Tuesday. leave your info with other employees. They will get it to Amanda when she returns

I called and left info for Amanda yesterday, she called back within 45 minutes. Got my spot for the weekend.
