Vic and Arnold will both try to be at Marie Callender's, 3/9/2017, by 6:30 for an IHWR meeting to iron out the final details.
Items needing attention:
-Runs
-Prize for pre-registration raffle
-Set-up with KOA's new cabins in the back (Brad saw them)
-vehicle check-in/tech
-Food
-Scout'sAfield/program
-anything else
