Thank you!

I've got gas!

Probably more of a basic automotive question than specific to Scouts, but I've got a fuel leak somewhere. I've known about it but now I've got the top on and i can smell it when i drive and my clothes stink, etc.

I'm thinking i just need to work my way through the fuel system and check for leaks ...

Re: Ignition lock cylinder replacement **Help Needed**

Apparently i just needed to admit defeat to the Scout gods before i would have success.
One properly placed screwdriver and a little wiggling did the trick.
Thanks for nothing... :)

until next time, GWB

Ignition lock cylinder replacement **Help Needed**

Alright team!
I'm in the process of replacing the ignition lock cylinder on my 72' scout II.

I've disassembled as much as i can in an effort to get to the cylinder, but my amatuerism is showing. (see photo).

Re: Roll Cage Fabrication in South Orange County

Thanks Tim for the response, your insight is exactly what i'm looking for. I'm not going to lie and say money is no object, but not having gone through this before i'm using this process to set my expectation with respect to how much is appropriate to spend for something i'll be happy with. I have ...

Roll Cage Fabrication in South Orange County

I'm looking for any insight on building or having a full cage built for my Scout II.

I've thought about buying a cage from D and C Extreme (http://dandcextreme.com/product/scout-ii-full-cage-kit/) and then finding someone out here to weld it up, but then i remembered i don't know any welders (at ...

Re: IHWR Workday at Pacific Auto: 2/26/17

Its not going to get closer to me than this, so I'm going to make an effort to get there. I'll be driving home from a father/daughter event in Big Bear on Sunday, so I may just make it by to shake some hands.
