Cal4Whl contacted me about running a game for them at the event. We have either "Ball Busters" or Blind man's Bluff". We did this a few years ago when we did the wet lap.
We need to do this folks. I'm in. I'll let Danny know what we'll do when he gets back from TDS
Thanks,

I haven't been to the High Desert Round Up in forever, great event. I would like to go but most likely won't, as usual...maybe next year!

Ball Buster
Drive an obstacle course with a tennis ball on the hood of your rig.
Rules: Drive an obstacle course through a tight series of gates, which have tennis balls balanced on top of each pole. Gates can be touched, but should the tennis ball be knocked off the gate, or the one balanced on the hood of your rig fall off, you must stop the rig, retrieve the ball, and replace it back in its position before continuing with the course. Fastest time wins.
We need to supply the gates and tennis balls (we can get at Big Lots or Walmart) for event and timer. Maybe some yellow trail marker tape (like caution tape) to mark route.
I thinking of a magnetic shallow cup for the hood, like a closet rod holder or door wall stop. put a sticky back magnet on it. Maybe find a sloping area for the gates. Ball falls off top, it will roll down hill. Might need a few extra standards if one or more gets hit and damaged. Need to figure how many gates

I'll be going to Slash X Saturday, May 11th to meet up with Danny @ 10 am. He asked the clubs running the games to meet up to go over stuff. If anyone wants to ride out with me, be more than happy to have company.

I still plan to go this Saturday the 11th for the info on what to expect if anyone wants to go. We can meet up and pile in the Ford with A/C or go in the Scout
