Wiring help needed Scout 80

Hello fellow Scouters. I live in San Diego. I am restoring my 1962 IH Scout 80. I would like to pay someone to re-wire my ride. I have the old harness and bought a new generic 10 circuit harness. Is there someone out there who wants to do it or can recommend someone who wants to do it? Again, i willl pay for the service. I have my own trailer and can take the Scout wherever. Your help is appreciated.

Why the different paint colors for bell housing, transmission, transfer case, and part of the engine? My son has his engine painted all red, and mostly ready to go back in. He’s curious.
