Meeting to Order 6:25 and adjourned 7:20 p.m.
In attendance: Shaun, Tom McComber, Vic Casserly, Joe Valdez, Richard Tercero, Charlie Kline and Paul Trichel and myself.
Discussed old business - IHWR. The food will be catered by Armen will cost $20.00. Next year we will need to up the price of the food. We are losing money.
IHWR T-shirts are done. Need to put the vendors on T-shirts.
Vendors, Charity and Donations.
Show and Shine needs to be addressed.
Need Trail Heads to do the runs

Shaun will be the treasurer was suggested at our January 9, 2023 meeting. The BOD will have to approve it.
Maybe use some of the club money to buy prices for IHWR.
Need donations some have come in.
Webmaster: Suzy will stay another year. She is not retiring yet.
Treasurer report. Shannon was not at the meeting. Gave the figures she gave us last meeting.
It was discussed the money in the treasury to be divided among the 4 chapters each receiving approximately $1,500.00 to do whatever they wanted to do with the funds. The BOD needed to approve it.
Adopt a Trail: We have a scheduled run for Lytle Creek on March 18, 2023. Arrive at 8:00 and leave at 9:00 meeting at McDonalds off of Sierra Avenue. Before starting on the trail a vehicle inspection needs to be done.
Bring tools, shovels, etc., no gas powered equipment have to be manual.
Joe Valdez wants to put another spot on the webpage for the Adopt A Trail so the members can download the applications, sign in sheets, be hosted, etc. and any information pertaining to the Adopt A Trail.
There is a trail zoom meeting would have been this week of February 13th because there is a biologist that claims that things have to be protected.
Runs Events: TDS March 3-5?
Other chapters.
Grapevine had their meeting on February 11.
San Diego had a zoom meeting on February 11, 2023. What to do when they have a work party. Seems there are some minor problems.
IE:Will have their meeting on February 18, 2023. They have a new member Charlie Kline. They had 11 members show up at their meeting in January.
Our next meeting is scheduled for March 9, 2023.
